Andrea Smith is currently licensed to practice in Maryland state and federal courts. She is an alumna of American University’s Washington College of Law. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice, a Master of Art in Sociology, and a Graduate Certificate in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership from American University and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus.

Attorney Smith has almost a decade of experience litigating a variety of cases, including civil rights, criminal, family, and appellate matters.
